Position Overview

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join a dedicated team in Minnesota. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting HR functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, both digital and physical.
  • Support the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, posting jobs, and candidate communication.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Process HR paperwork such as offer letters, background checks, and status changes.
  • Respond to employee questions related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR-related events.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state HR regulations.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or administrative support.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); HRIS experience is a plus.

Additional Information:

Hours: Monday to Friday, First Shift

Pay: $20-$23/hour
